Chinese characters adorn each of the cubby drawers on this traditional Chinese medicine chest. Said calligraghy would denote what herb would've been housed in each drawer in what was the former life of this piece. Beautiful wood grain is showcased on this Elmwood piece, adding to the richness already prevalent in it's obvious historical significance.
