Gilt General is sitting on an official hat chair while holding a golden ball.  He is surrounded by gilt dragon with claws on the LingZhi (Ganoderma lucidum), and a loyal subordinate carrying an axe on the back.  Both looking closely towards the most respectful General.  This represents the highest level of the General as dragon (represents strength) obeys him from below.
