This is a must-see, stunning beam made of camphor and the whole piece was hand made with amazing carvings.
Three parts of carvings with gilt carved on the front panel--floral motives, properties of the eight immortals and bats while the aprons carved with beautiful flowers.
What caught your eyes are the four legs terminate with Bao Xiang Hua. “Bao Xiang” is the respectful word used by Buddhist to address the portrait of Buddha. It is an imaginary flower which accompanies the spreading of religion in the Wei and Jin Dynasties.
