This is a rectangle inscribed board of 19th century from Fujian, a province in Southeast China. The form of this board is particularly pleasing in the rectangle inscribed panel defined by decorative plum, guanzi(zigzag) dragon and other patterns. You can hang it in your study or living room or your office, for the inscription reads °champion of imperial examinations".
